NO NECK BLUES BAND; The Math of Crack 7" (1995)
7" single (1995), Used
Critically considered to be one of NNCK's best early recordings, The Math of Crack/The Mouth of Gack 7" single from 1995 was released on the brilliant "New world of sound" label and hasn't ever recieved a re-issue. Certainly one for the psych/noise fans....
RON OF JAPAN; Ron of Japan S/T 7"
Limited Edition, Single sided 7" (1996) clear viny; , Used
1996 experimental / noise release from US duo 'Ron of Japan' featuring electronics, tapes and voice. This is limited to 500 copies, but apparently this edition, released in a clear sleeve, is limited to only 5 copies?? Not sure about that, but it is a rare item on "Wolf Eyes" founder Aaron Dilloway's - 'Hanson Records' label from 1996.
SMELL AND QUIM; Scum-Grief 7" flexi-disc (1989)
7" uncut flexi-disc (1989), Used
Flexi from 1989, an early one. Nasty stapled cover displaying a cock split in half. I expected the more crazy and wack S&Q, but this is closer in nature to their rather untypical and subdued second album, The Jissom Killers. Here Milovan and Paul sound like as if ART ENSEMBLE OF CHICAGO were covering METGUMBNERBONE, or something. Demented flutes (or whatever it might be) wailing sadly to the steady beat of a distant kettle-drum, with various rattling sounds appearing along the way. Eerie lobotomized march music. Great sound too (for being a flexi that is).

FAITH NO MORE; Super Hero 7"
7" Single (2015), New
‘Superhero’ is the first single proper from the 'Sol Invictus' record, and sports all the archetypes Faith No More became known for throughout the 80s and 90s. The pulverizing, hypnotic “Superhero” marries typically eerie keyboard work with razor sharp guitars, a gritty slog of a distorted bassline, and Mike Patton’s inimitable mixture of unearthly screeches and croons.
WHIRLYWIRLD; Whirlywirld S/T 7" EP
7" single (1979) Missing Link Records
Whirlywirld was an Australian post punk band led by Ollie Olsen in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and the first of his musical collaborations with drummer John Murphy. They played in Melbourne and Sydney and were a part of the Melbourne little band scene. This is their debut release from 1979 on legendary 'Missing Link' store label. This track, as well as the band appeared in Richard Lowensteins 1986 cult film 'Dogs in space'. It's a pretty rare item now days, and we only have this one copy. Grab it while you can.....
DRAIN; A black fist 7" single (1991)
7" single (1991) Trance Syndicate Records, Used
A quick burst of vaguely mechanized swampy noise rock brought to you by the band Drain, aka King Coffey of the Butthole Surfers collaborating with Owen McMahon of Cherubs. 'Nuff said right? Should be. Relaesed on King Coffey's own fucking brilliant 'Trance Syndicate Records' label.
ENDLESS SMILE – Ten To Hope CD
Limited Edition CD, (1996)
Guitar-based experimental noise/drone band from Sweden. A noisy release from this Swedish group that comes in a standard clear tray jewel case with a tissue paper-like front card and a full color two sided tray card. Liner notes are on the back. Limited to 500 copies.
This is quite a brilliant release. 5 tracks in just over an hour. Hi frequency, psychedelic, bright swirling noise from this Swedish 5 piece. Traditional instruments (Guitar, Hurdy Gurdy, Bass, Drum machine etc) are manipulated and compressed into oblivion. This is real 'wall of noise' music. Like 'My Bloody Valentine' with the songs stripped away, leaving just the luscious blanket of sweet noise in the room. Highly enjoyable. limited to 500 copies on Swedish 'Releasing Eskimo' label.
PHONED NIL TRIO; Big Time Weepers (2 x 3" CDR)
Double 3" CDR (2011)
An awkward combination of harsh blasts, tape hiss, and modular synth attack. Massively bizarre in the best way. Collaboration between Peter J Woods and the men behind Dan of Earth and Lucky Bone. This 2011 release on FTAM Experimental label based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is an amazing release for those who, like myself, are that way inclined.
XDUGEF; Retardant CD
CD (2005) Canned Beef Records
Xdugef has been making Noise since 2005 , an experimentalist and noisician from Los Angeles (USA), whose work is produced from found sources on the internet, from modified electronic toys, circuit bending and self made devices as well expensive button mashing and the occasional computer. His NOISE is comprised of sound bits slowed way down. Also incorporated are elements taken from recorded phone conversations and open mics and other found sounds as well as his own vocals. There is a certain fixation with samples that have been ‘slowed way down’, their low tonal pitch and elongation gives them rather monstrous properties. Plunderphonics meets harshnoise. Electronica meets raw and crude NOISE!
