Excellent condition softcover copy of the extreme culture and art zine “PANIK” Volume #2 , as published in 1998/99 (?- no info provided).This transgressive post-punk fanzine hailed from Long Beach, CA, and this issue features interviews with PETER SOTOS (author and member of WHITEHOUSE), SHAUN PARTRIDGE (by BOYD RICE), ADAM PARFERY (of FERAL HOUSE books), and L.A. filmmaker LARRY WESSEL! Also, “HETROSEXUALITY IS A DISEASE” by SHADE RUPE, “OF APE AND SUPERMAN: The Nietzschean Spirit of Planet of the Apes”, JIM GOAD (of “ANSWER ME”) offers his “GLOSSARY OF PRISON SLANG”, a look at SUKYO MAHKARI the Japanese Terrorist Cult, and much more including tons of reviews and original artwork (cover featuring Trevor Brown’s “Twinstars” painting from the Medical Fun series!) This 11.5″ by 15″ over-sized newsprint tabloid zine (w/ glossy full-color covers) is the FIRST EDITION in PAPERBACK and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION: clean and tight with just light shelfwear/rubbing to covers, plus perhaps the usual signs of handling reading.
