Wonderful trilogy of short films on the theme of death from Spanish director Nacho Cerdà. Cerda's films here are striking and intense. Featuring magnificent cinematography, these films project the viewer, without any real dialogue, into the world of death. “Aftermath” is truly disturbing and sometimes unbearable, but Cerda manages to make a horrible moment (the necrophilic inclinations of a forensic doctor...) into a somewhat aesthetic moment... Those familiar with Cerda's work will want this. Rare find in Australia, this 3 film DVD box is a nice item indeed....
